Middlesbrough goalkeeper Brad Jones has officially completed his move to Liverpool on a three-year contract.
Jones, 28, had been chased by manager Roy Hodgson and a £2.4 million fee has been paid to the Championship outfit. Although an Australia international, the shot stopper is classified as a homegrown player in the Premier League's new 25-man squad regulations.
Jones passed a medical and agreed personal terms earlier this week. He is expected to replace Diego Cavalieri as back-up to Pepe Reina, with the Brazilian understood to be on his way to Serie A new boys Cesena on loan.
